Rosland Gold was at Veterans Day

Monday 27th February was the GoldTrack Veterans' Day at Silverstone.  Rosland Gold Racing was there to take its part in gifting the hundreds of ex-military heroes passenger experiences around the UK’s famous F1 race circuit.

Rosland's managing director, Stuart Kinner, took his own Porsche GT3 Cup car as the Rosland ‘guest transport’ vehicle.  With probably 50 other drivers bringing their own vehicles it was a busy but fantastic day. A wide array of track and road cars were present, including two other GT3 Cup Cars, a number of Porsche GT3RS & GT3 examples, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Radicals and many more.  It was quite a show.

Rosland Gold Racing has Century Motorsport running the team logistics etc., so with two Century Motorsport engineers in support, providing tyre & car checks on each driver change, the passengers’ safety was well covered.

It really was an enjoyable day. As well as Stuart driving, Rosland Gold Racing team driver James Kellett was on hand to also provide track experiences to those heroes who have served. Both James and Stuart took turns for around 20 minutes each giving the queuing guests 3 or 4 lap experiences on the full GP circuit. With James being the current Ginetta GT4 Supercup Pro Champion and moving into the Porsche Carrera Cup this coming season, he was giving these national heroes some really exhilarating rides. With Stuart also having a racing license, he was taking turns in also providing some thrilling action for these heroes passengering in his car - but probably not quite at James’ level!  But he certainly does 'ok' despite racing smaller cars!  ;-)

Lots of 'thank yous' and photos with the car for the guests and other excited attendees confirmed what enjoyable experiences they all had. Rosland Gold is proud to support the British military charity. It was a long day but actually seemed to rush by in the afternoon - we wish it could’ve continued longer.

A big thank you to Century Motorsport for the team support & logistics and another big thank you to GoldTrack for laying on such a fantastic day for such a worthy cause.  A truly thoroughly enjoyable day for all.
